Anger disorder is a grave disorder that can be a threat to the person as well as to the people around them. It is a psychological disorder mainly a result of untreated anger.

If a person’s anger is mismanaged or not under proper supervision for a long time, it can lead to anger disorders. It is a progressive disease which turns from a normal body emotion- anger, into deep, strong and mixed feelings of bitterness, indignation, hatred and uncontrollable rage. According to studies and experts in this field, anger disorders are the consequence of anger that has been restrained for long and can result in violence and self-destructive attitude. Another cause of anger disorder is also said to be either due to some neurological damage or substance abuse, which makes it hard to resist violent or destructive urges.
