How Can Washington Teens Benefit From Our Autism School?
Whether your Washington teen is on the autism spectrum, has learning or social disorders, or maybe addiction problems, our autism school might be just what you are looking for. Here at Seven Stars, we offer a comprehensive treatment plan, divided into several phases, for struggling Washington teens.
In the first phase, we evaluate every Washington teen we admit so we can fully understand their strengths and weaknesses. We believe that every teen is unique, and therefore, needs a unique treatment plan that takes into account his/her abilities and emotional state of mind.
Most of our patients in our autism school don’t require a stabilization period, but we do offer one as part of phase one, just in case a Washington teen that came to us needs some time to adjust and find the necessary balance.
In the second phase, we merge together residential and adventure therapy. While staying at our autism school, our students get to socialize with each other, improving their social skills, while being supported by individual and group therapies. The adventure therapy is 100% safe and can last up to 4 days at a time. During that period, Washington teens can learn a new skill and get some outdoor experience.
At the end of the treatment in our autism school that can last up to 4 months, progress and future steps are discussed with the family.
Washington Teens Can Get Treatment in our Autism School
Our autism school for Washington teens is specialized in working with teen teens who are on the autism spectrum or have some other neurodevelopmental disorder. Every Washington teen that we admit is fully assessed and, if needed, provided with a stabilization period in which he or she can recuperate emotionally and mentally and get ready for the rest of the treatment. Our autism school combines several different types of therapy so every Washington teen can get the best out of each one.
We are located in Utah at a location which provides us with numerous options for the adventure therapy, which is an important part of our treatment. For families living in Washington, we offer tours so you can see for yourself everything our autism school offers for Washington teens.
Our team, consisting of all the relevant professionals, is always happy to talk to you and describe you their work with Washington teens. It can even be a plus for struggling Washington teens to be separated from their usual environment so they can learn new life skills, be more independent, improve their social and academic skills, and learn how to function without a constant support of their families. Only then can Washington teens develop the necessary attitude to succeed in life.
